Project Fish: Kitchen Restaurant in Richmond Hill, Ontario

PROJECT:FISH

PROJECT:FISH is one of the best spots to visit if you want aburi oshi sushi.

They also have a Richmond Hill restaurant called Project Fish: Kitchen, which specializes more in contemporary Asian cuisine rather than seared sushi itself.
